Terms & Conditions
Please read these Terms carefully — they explain how SpeedBet Racing works, what we expect of you, and what you can expect from us.
Effective 1 June 2026
Section 01
Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, signing in, or otherwise using SpeedBet Racing (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
These Terms form a binding legal agreement between you and the operators of SpeedBet Racing (“we”, “us”, “our”).
Section 02
Eligibility
SpeedBet Racing is offered for use by individuals who are:
- At least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority and the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
- Legally permitted to participate in skill-based, real-money gaming under the laws of the country, state or territory from which you access the Service.
- Not currently self-excluded from gambling platforms.
- Not located in a jurisdiction where the Service is prohibited or restricted. It is your responsibility to know the laws that apply to you.
We may, at our discretion, request proof of age, identity, or residence at any time. We may refuse, suspend or terminate access if eligibility cannot be confirmed.
Section 03
Account Registration
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information.
- One account per person. Duplicate accounts may be merged or banned.
- You must notify us immediately at safety@speedbet.gg if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
- You may not buy, sell, transfer, or share an account with anyone else.
Section 04
Real-Money Wagering
SpeedBet Racing is a real-money platform. Wagers placed on matches use real funds held in your account balance.
How matches are wagered
- Both players agree to a stake amount before the match starts. That amount is held from each player’s balance while the race is in progress.
- The winner of the race receives the combined prize pool minus our platform fee. The losing player forfeits their staked amount.
- If a match is cancelled, abandoned mid-race, or invalidated for technical reasons, both stakes are returned to the respective players.
- You may decline any challenge. You may not be charged unless you accept a match.
You acknowledge the risk of loss
Wagering involves real financial risk. You may lose some or all of the funds you wager. Only stake amounts you can afford to lose. SpeedBet Racing does not guarantee any return, payout or profit.
Section 05
Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals
Payment method
Deposits and withdrawals are handled manually using Binance (USDT). We do not use card or bank-card gateways. Use of Binance is subject to Binance’s own terms of service. You are responsible for holding a valid Binance account in your own name.
Deposits
- To deposit, send USDT to the Binance ID shown on the deposit screen, then submit your Binance ID, the Binance account email used to pay, the amount sent, and a clear image of the transfer slip.
- The minimum deposit is 5 USDT. Submitting an amount different from what you actually transferred may delay or void the request.
- Each deposit is reviewed manually by our team. Once approved, the amount is credited to your account balance. If a request is rejected (for example, the slip cannot be verified), no balance is added and a note may be provided.
- We do not add a deposit fee. Binance network or transfer fees are outside our control.
- Funds in your account balance can only be used to play on SpeedBet Racing or to be withdrawn to a Binance account in your own name.
Withdrawals
- Before withdrawing, save your Binance withdrawal details (Binance ID, account name and Binance email) on your Account page. Payouts are sent to these details.
- Request a withdrawal from the Withdrawals page by entering the amount. The amount is held (debited) from your balance immediately while the request is pending.
- Each withdrawal is reviewed and paid out manually in USDT to your saved Binance account. If a withdrawal is rejected, the held amount is returned to your account balance.
- We may require basic identity verification (KYC) before releasing a withdrawal to comply with anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering laws.
- We do not charge a withdrawal fee, but Binance network or transfer fees may apply outside our control.
- Withdrawals can only be sent to a Binance account in your own name. Third-party payouts are not permitted.
Disputes
Because deposits are made directly to our Binance account and reviewed manually, you should keep your own transfer records. If you believe a deposit or withdrawal was handled incorrectly, contact us with your transaction details and we will investigate. Attempting to deposit funds that are not your own, or submitting falsified slips, may result in account suspension and forfeiture of any remaining balance.
Section 06
Platform Fee
We charge a small, fixed platform fee on each match. The fee is taken from the prize pool, not from the loser’s stake. The exact fee percentage is displayed on the match confirmation screen before you agree to the wager.
We reserve the right to change the platform fee from time to time. Any changes will only apply to matches accepted after the change is published, and the current fee will always be visible before you stake anything.
Section 07
Skill-Based Gameplay
SpeedBet Racing is a skill-based competitive game. Match outcomes are determined solely by player input — steering, braking, drifting, nitros usage and racing-line decisions — as interpreted by our server-authoritative physics engine.
- There is no random chance mechanic in the core race outcome.
- Player skill, reaction time, and familiarity with the track are decisive factors.
- The Service is offered in jurisdictions that recognise skill-based contests for cash prizes. You are responsible for confirming that participation is lawful where you live.
Section 08
Acceptable Use & Anti-Cheat
You may not use the Service to engage in any conduct that is illegal, harmful to other players, or that interferes with the fair operation of races. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
- Using bots, automation, macros, third-party clients, aim-bots, or any tool that grants an unfair advantage.
- Exploiting bugs, modifying the game client, or attempting to bypass server-side checks.
- Match-fixing, intentionally losing, or colluding with another player to manipulate outcomes.
- Harassment, hate speech, threats, doxxing, or any abusive behaviour towards other players or staff.
- Money laundering, payment fraud, or any attempt to deposit or withdraw funds that are not your own.
We monitor races server-side and may review match recordings, account activity and chat logs. Confirmed violations result in immediate account suspension or termination and may include forfeiture of in-play funds and reporting to the relevant authorities.
Section 09
Disputes & Refunds
If you believe a race result is incorrect — for example because of a network drop, a server fault, or suspected cheating by your opponent — please report it within 72 hours of the match ending. Email support@speedbet.gg with the match ID and a short description of what happened.
We log each race tick on the server, so we can almost always reconstruct what actually occurred. Where a dispute is upheld we will reverse the result and refund stakes. Where it is denied we will explain why.
Section 10
Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without prior notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, violated applicable law, or posed a risk to other players, the Service or our reputation.
You may close your account at any time by contacting support@speedbet.gg. Any positive balance available for withdrawal at the time of closure can be cashed out subject to our verification process.
Section 11
Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we work hard to keep races running smoothly, we do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure from third-party attack, or free of latency or temporary outages.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the law applicable to you.
Section 12
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount of platform fees you paid to us in the 30 days before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD 100.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill or other intangible losses.
Section 13
Changes to the Service & to These Terms
We may add, remove or change features of the Service at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and, for material changes, notify active accounts by email.
Continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the new Terms. If you do not agree to a change you should stop using the Service and request withdrawal of any positive balance.
Section 14
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which SpeedBet Racing is operated. Where local consumer protection law gives you stronger rights, those rights are not affected by this clause.
Any dispute that cannot be resolved by good-faith correspondence shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that operating jurisdiction.
