Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how SpeedBet Racing (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, stores and shares your personal information when you use our website and Service. We aim to collect the minimum data needed to run a fair, safe, real-money racing platform.

By using the Service you consent to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please stop using the Service.

You give us

• Account details: username, email address and password (stored as a salted hash — we never see your plain-text password).
• Profile data: avatar image, birthday, country, mobile number, address, and optional personal details you choose to save on your Account page.
• Payment & Binance data: for deposits: your Binance ID, Binance account email, amount sent, and an image of your transfer slip; for withdrawals: your saved Binance ID, account name and Binance email; and records of deposit and withdrawal requests (amount, status, review notes). We do not receive your Binance login password or full exchange credentials.
• Identity verification (KYC): where required by law before a withdrawal, we may ask for proof of age, identity and residence. We store the minimum data needed to demonstrate compliance and not the full document.
• Support correspondence: anything you send us by email or through the contact form.

We collect automatically

• Game telemetry: match results, race ticks, wins, losses, balance changes, opponent and stake. This is necessary to run the Service and to investigate disputes.
• Technical data: IP address, browser user-agent, device type, screen size and approximate location derived from IP. Used for fraud prevention, geographic eligibility checks and analytics.
• Session cookies: a single authentication cookie that holds a signed token so you stay logged in between visits.

We receive from third parties

We do not use an automated card or bank payment gateway. Deposits and withdrawals are handled manually via Binance (USDT). We do not receive card numbers or bank credentials from a payment processor. Transaction status and amounts are recorded in our systems when you submit a deposit or withdrawal request and when our team approves or rejects it.

We use the data above to:

• Provide, operate, secure and improve the Service.
• Run real-money matches, settle wagers, process deposits and withdrawals.
• Detect and prevent cheating, fraud, money laundering, multiple-account abuse and other prohibited behaviour.
• Comply with our legal obligations, including age and identity verification, tax reporting and responses to lawful requests from public authorities.
• Respond to your support enquiries and notify you of important account or policy changes.
• With your consent where required, send occasional product or tournament announcements. You can opt out at any time from the email footer or by writing to support@speedbet.gg.

Where data-protection law (such as the GDPR in the EU/UK) applies to you, we rely on the following legal bases:

• Performance of a contract — to run your account and process matches you have agreed to play.
• Legal obligation — for age verification, anti-money-laundering checks and tax reporting.
• Legitimate interest — for fraud prevention, platform security, analytics and gradual product improvement.
• Consent — for optional marketing communications, which you can withdraw at any time.

We use a single first-party HTTP-only cookie to keep you signed in. It contains a signed token and does not track you across other websites.

We use your browser’s localStorage for a small number of preferences such as the audio-mute setting in the game. None of this data leaves your device.

We do not currently use third-party advertising cookies.

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the categories of recipient below, and only to the extent needed:

• Binance (manual payouts): when we send a withdrawal, we use the Binance ID and email you saved on your account. Binance operates under its own privacy policy; we do not share your SpeedBet account password with Binance.
• Hosting & infrastructure providers: to run our website, database and game servers under written confidentiality agreements.
• Identity verification providers: where KYC is required by law.
• Authorities: when we are legally required to disclose information in response to a valid court order or regulatory request.
• Successors: in the event of a merger, sale or restructuring of SpeedBet Racing, your data may transfer to the successor entity subject to this Privacy Policy.

We never share your username or game stats with other players beyond what is publicly visible on the lobby, leaderboards or in your own match history.

• Account data: kept for as long as your account is open, and for up to 7 years after closure where required by financial-compliance laws.
• Match records: retained for at least 5 years to settle disputes and to investigate suspected cheating.
• Support emails: kept for up to 2 years to provide consistent follow-up service.
• Marketing consent: kept until you withdraw consent.

• Passwords are stored as salted hashes using a modern, memory-hard hashing algorithm.
• All traffic between your device and our servers is encrypted in transit with HTTPS.
• Access to production data is limited to a small number of authorised staff and logged.
• Race state is computed server-side so balances cannot be tampered with from the browser.

No system can be 100% secure. If we detect a breach that affects your data, we will notify you and, where required, the relevant regulator within the time frames the law requires.

Depending on where you live, you may have the following rights in relation to your personal data:

• Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you.
• Rectification — ask us to correct information that is inaccurate.
• Deletion — ask us to delete your account and personal data, subject to obligations we have to keep certain records.
• Restriction & objection — ask us to pause or stop certain processing.
• Portability — receive your account data in a structured, machine-readable format.
• Withdraw consent — for any processing we carry out based on consent.
• Complain — to your local data-protection authority if you believe we have not handled your data properly.

To exercise any of these rights please contact support@speedbet.gg from the email registered to your account. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

The Service is not intended for anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has created an account, please email safety@speedbet.gg and we will close the account and delete the data.

Your data may be stored or processed in countries other than the one in which you live. When we transfer data internationally, we make sure appropriate safeguards are in place — for example standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision under the applicable data-protection law.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page and, for material changes, notify active accounts by email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated policy.
